Trade Counter Opportunities

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Trade Counter team, where you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the branch's operational needs.

  • Delivering top-notch customer service and product information
  • Preparing quotes for customers both in person and over the phone
  • Managing stock levels, pick packing, and maintaining shop floor displays
  • Contributing to a safe and organized work environment
  • Making deliveries to customers using a company vehicle when needed

Our ideal candidate possesses:

  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles with a passion for helping customers
  • The ability to efficiently manage orders, maintain displays, and provide accurate information
  • Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new systems
  • A valid driver's license and flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
  • A desire to develop their career within our network or at head office
