Job Description

The Planner Scheduler plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless offshore inspection operations.

Key responsibilities include coordinating personnel planning, chairing meetings, and building relationships with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience with ERP/CMMS systems, specifically SAP/Prometheus, and scheduling software such as Primavera P6.

They will be responsible for reviewing and agreeing recorded work-hours to timesheets generated by site Applus+ personnel, advising the Operations Manager on personnel levels, and monitoring costs and cost effectiveness.

Requirements
  • ERP/CMMS system expertise, particularly in SAP/Prometheus
  • Scheduling software proficiency, especially in Primavera P6
  • Experience in personnel planning and coordination
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
