About the Role

As a Business Process and Controls Specialist in our Risk Assurance team, you will play a critical role in helping clients protect and strengthen their businesses. Your impact will be seen through leading assurance and advisory engagement tasks, partnering with clients to mitigate risks, and providing confidence in their governance and controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-range assurance and advisory engagements, including planning, fieldwork, reviewing, and reporting on large and complex client projects.
  • Partner with clients to develop recommendations for strengthening existing controls and processes.
  • Provide clients with confidence in their governance and controls by leading financial control and business process reviews.
  • Identify, build, and implement compliance frameworks to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Help clients navigate evolving risk landscapes by developing and executing test plans, identifying control effectiveness, and reporting improvements.

About You

You have a background in governance, risk, and controls, with skills in developing audit and risk management strategies and methodologies. You hold an understanding of commercial issues facing businesses and know how to influence client conversations. You are passionate about being at the forefront of change and ready to help our Risk Assurance team transform how risk is perceived and capitalized on.
