Key Responsibilities
  • To provide expert advice and guidance to managers on people and culture matters, ensuring adherence to relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
  • To support the development and implementation of change initiatives, including review and classification of position descriptions, facilitation of consultation with unions and employees, and communication planning.
About You
  • You will possess tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field and have demonstrated experience in performance management, project management, workforce development, industrial/employee relations, and case management.
  • You will have proven ability to interpret relevant industrial instruments, lead workplace investigations, and conduct disciplinary processes.
  • You will have excellent communication skills and be able to build and maintain trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
