As a seasoned software engineer, you will lead the design and development of scalable, reliable backend services using modern frameworks and tools.

  • Designing and developing high-quality, maintainable code.

  • Driving technical innovation through thoughtful service design, system decomposition, and shared tooling.
Responsibilities
  • Writing robust, well-tested code and proactively identifying areas for technical improvement or refactor.
  • Mentoring peers, guiding design and code reviews, and raising the technical bar for your team.
  • Ensuring service health, observability, and incident resilience through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience building complex backend systems in production environments.
  • Strong Java fundamentals and ability to confidently write production-grade code.
  • Able to take ownership of features end-to-end—from architecture to delivery—and thrive in environments where autonomy is valued.
