About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team, where you will play a vital role in enhancing the health, mobility, and wellbeing of older people.

You will deliver hands-on clinical care, provide expert advice to colleagues on client needs, and support the development of our team to ensure high-quality, person-centred services across the board.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and treatments tailored to each client's goals, ensuring timely documentation and care aligned with wellness principles.
  • Develop and implement training programs for staff on clinical best practices, participate in competency frameworks, and offer ongoing advice to enhance service quality.
  • Create holistic, evidence-based care plans for clients with complex needs, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and advocate for client autonomy and quality of life.
  • Establish strong community connections, contribute to marketing efforts, and develop referral pathways to support service awareness and growth.
  • Maintain adherence to regulatory standards, contribute to continuous service evaluation, and uphold high clinical governance standards.
