Operations Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our operations team.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day tasks, ensuring member satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Perform pool and life guarding duties as required.
  • Clean and prepare equipment for classes and activities.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment throughout the club.
  • Supervise the pool, spa, and sauna areas to ensure member and staff safety.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to achieve business objectives.
