Expert Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Officer to join our team.
This full-time contract opportunity will involve timely and accurate processing of accounts payable functions, including input and matching of all accounts payable documents and records.
The successful candidate will possess at least 3 years of experience in an accounts payable role, demonstrating a strong understanding of accounts payable functions and processes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Processing Invoices: Ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoice information in the ERP system
- Data Entry Management: Managing invoice data entry into D365 system for uploads, general ledger, and purchase orders to maintain up-to-date financial records
- Duplicate Payment Resolution: Reviewing and monitoring duplicate payments related to supplier accounts
- Customer Service: Resolving general accounts payable queries and issues for both internal and external customers, fostering positive relationships
- Administrative Tasks: Performing data entry of ad-hoc accounts payable documents, assisting in the administration of petty cash and cabcharge facility, and providing support in the administration of corporate card facility administration
- Creditor Statement Reconciliation: Monitoring monthly and assisting in the reconciliation of creditor statements with timely follow-up on outstanding items
- GRNI Related Balances: Assisting in the processing of GRNI related balances
- General Administration: Undertaking general accounts payable administration tasks, including filing and documentation management
- Client Services: Delivering friendly and efficient client services to suppliers and internal stakeholders
