About the Opportunity

You'll be instrumental in defining our payments strategy and driving the implementation of initiatives that enhance our payment capabilities. You'll work closely with our technology and industry partners to develop and implement our roadmap, focusing on managing resilience and operational risk.

What You'll Get To Do:

  • Provide expert guidance on payments to stakeholders across the organization.
  • Identify and evaluate process and technology deficiencies within the payments business.
  • Work with the business to elicit requirements and drive change.
  • Champion agile disciplines and processes to ensure efficient delivery.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to identify efficiencies and drive improvements.

What We're Looking For

We need someone with a deep understanding of domestic payments, who's not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get things done. You'll have a sound understanding of the Australian payments landscape and be able to navigate complex technical concepts with ease.

Key Requirements:

  • A strong understanding of NPP and the Australian payments landscape.
  • Experience in payments, with a focus on domestic markets.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
