Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Boarding Catering Services Director at Catholic Education Rockhampton.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production, transportation, and distribution of food for boarding students and staff, ensuring high standards in all aspects of food management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute catering services for boarding students and staff.
  • Manage food production, storage, and distribution processes.
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Liaise with suppliers to source quality ingredients and products.
Requirements
  • Degree in Hospitality or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in catering management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to maintain a safe working environment.
