Job Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in tracking, optimisation, and real-time systems to address complex challenges in large-scale detection and tracking.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Profiling, benchmarking, and optimising performance-critical codebases utilising multi-threading, GPU acceleration, language bindings, and other advanced techniques.
  • Reviewing, testing, and implementing the latest research and algorithms in multi-object tracking.
  • Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to uphold exceptional code quality, performance, and stability.

Key Requirements:

  • A strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and the applications of mathematics and physics within software development.
  • Proficiency in C++ with experience in creating C++ bindings for other languages (ideally Python and/or Golang).
  • Familiarity with CMake, unit testing frameworks, and performance tuning techniques.
  • Experience with Linux environments and containerisation tools such as Docker.

Nice to Have:

  • The ability to engage closely with stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Championing software engineering best practices, including refactoring, rigorous testing, and comprehensive documentation.
