Key Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care and domestic assistance to clients
- Assisting with social activities and promoting independence
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements:
- Certificate III or IV in Aged, Disability, or Individual Support (or equivalent)
- Australian National Police Check
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Yellow Card / NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Drivers license and own vehicle (for transportation purposes)
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccinations
- Ability to work flexibly within a 30-minute radius of Logan City
