Children's Services Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Children's Services Coordinator to lead our team in providing high-quality care and education to children.

Job Description

In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our services, ensuring that we provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children to learn and grow. You will work closely with our management team to develop and implement programs that meet the needs of children and their families.

You will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and their families, while also growing your skills and experience in a dynamic and supportive team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A relevant qualification in Childcare or Teaching (Minimum of Diploma in Children Services)
  • Demonstrated experience in assisting with programming and a passion for providing quality childcare
  • Demonstrated experience in maintaining effective administration and correct documentation in an OSHC service
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain
  • Certificate of Suitability to work with Children and Young People (Blue Card) or willingness to obtain

The successful applicant will be rewarded with a competitive hourly rate of $35.00 - $38.00 per hour.

Experience and Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

  • Coordinator or Centre Director experience in Children's Services: 1 year (preferred)
  • Working with Children Check (preferred)
  • Australia Work Authorisation (preferred)
