Global Retail Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced retail leader to spearhead the expansion of our global retail footprint, with a focus on building and scaling premium retail networks across multiple geographies.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving commercial performance while maintaining brand integrity, and will possess exceptional leadership skills, including the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute a multi-year retail store growth strategy across multiple markets
  • Identify high-potential store locations and negotiate favorable lease terms
  • Recruit, develop, and lead high-performing retail teams across multiple geographies
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in premium, design-led retail leadership
  • Proven track record of scaling store networks across multiple geographies
  • Exceptional leadership skills, including team building and motivation
