- Promote functionality and capability in daily living, ensuring older adults maintain their independence.
- A minimum of 1 year experience in aged care, including client assessments and/or service delivery.
- Tertiary education in a health-related field, with relevant qualifications and certifications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as client management systems.
- A valid Australian driver's licence and comprehensive vehicle insurance for travel within your designated area.
