Pathfinders Australia is seeking a highly skilled Out-of-Home Care Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Out-of-Home Care Programs, you will be responsible for coordinating the care and placement of children and young people who require accommodation and are unable to live with family or foster carers.
You will work closely with team members from a trauma-informed and strengths-based framework to develop and provide safety for all children and young people in your care. Philosophies utilised will include Circle of Courage and the Sanctuary Model.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent organisational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A strong commitment to working with vulnerable populations and a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of children and young people is essential.
This position requires a Working with Children Check, Police History Check, First Aid Certificate, and Driver's Licence.
