Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a vital role in supporting and mentoring a small team of Accounts Payable Officers, while also undertaking general Accounts Payable duties.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, with a strong track record of managing and maintaining accurate and timely accounts payable records, preparing and processing invoices, credit notes and other payment documents, coordinating and managing payments to suppliers and stakeholders, and providing exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, able to work effectively with colleagues and external partners, and have the ability to develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable
  • Experience leading and managing Accounts Payable teams is desirable but not required
  • Demonstrated experience responding to high volumes of Accounts Payable queries, ensuring quality output
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise own workload and assist other team members to achieve collective goals
  • Good level of MS Office including Excel
