Channel Sales Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our channel sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and partnering with key referral sources, implementing strategic plans to engage partners and deliver strong sales results.
Main Responsibilities:- Foster relationships with partners and business referral sources, ensuring long-term partnerships that drive revenue growth.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to engage partners and achieve sales targets within a defined portfolio.
- Engage in regular communication with partners to build market awareness and referral opportunities.
- Ensure best practice sales and marketing execution across the channel, driving consistent results and growth.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a channel sales role, with a proven track record of managing a portfolio of accounts to meet target. Strong relationship-building skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen understanding of the key motivators for business owners within the SME marketplace are essential for success in this role.

- A strong drive to succeed, with high energy and resilience.
- Positive attitude & mature mindset with strong communication skills.
- Proven track record of making a high volume of outbound phone calls – consistently.
- 2 years' experience working within a channel sales role.
