About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Education Director to lead our team of educators in delivering high-quality early childhood education programs.

As an Education Director at Goodstart Early Learning, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a dedicated team of professionals to observe, review, and continuously enhance educational programs offered to children.

You will deepen your understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you will lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

About Our Centre

Our centre operates from 6:30am to 6:30pm, Monday to Friday, catering for 90 children aged from six weeks to kindergarten. We offer a balance between play-based learning and routine, focusing on social and emotional skills.

With highly qualified staff and a strong sense of community, we provide a warm and welcoming environment for families. We partner with Foodbank SA to support families through additional grocery items and other services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
