About the Role

This role plays a key part in supporting the People & Culture team in delivering a high-quality HR service to the College. As a People and Culture Coordinator, you will be responsible for the administration of HR systems, coordination of employee documentation, and compliance tracking. You will also be involved in recruitment activities, preparation of contracts, and the onboarding process for new employees.

About You

  • You will have previous experience in HR, recruitment, or administration, and possess strong organizational and time management skills.
  • You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be proficient in MS Office Suite and HR systems.
  • You will be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
