People and Culture Specialist

We are seeking a People and Culture Graduate to join our team, who will contribute to maintaining a positive working environment and learning culture. This role will support our People & Culture team with administrative tasks related to the Learning and Development function.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining accurate information in our Learning Management System (LMS) and HRIS
- Contributing to regular and accurate reporting of L&D activities
- Clearly communicating training information to staff
- Liaising with internal and external training providers regarding training bookings, venues, catering, course administration, invoicing, and feedback
- Supporting onboarding processes to ensure a smooth experience for new starters
- Providing P&C administration across the employee lifecycle, maintaining accurate data, employee records, timesheets, and leave requests
- Providing general support to the Talent Acquisition team, as required, including interview bookings and candidate communication
- Supporting P&C initiatives and projects, including culture and health and wellbeing initiatives
Requirements:
- A passion for creating great places to work and an exceptional employee experience
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related discipline
- Intermediate experience with the Microsoft suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Preferred previous experience in an Administration role
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new software systems
- A drive to learn across all areas of People and Culture
- Ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment
- Strong time management and organisational skills, with a meticulous eye for detail
- Strong collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills
