An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced Clinical Manager to join the team at South Grafton Community Aged Care, a brand-new 144-bed residence opening in early December 2025. You'll work closely with the Residential Manager to provide clinical leadership and oversee the delivery of high-quality care to our future residents.

What Does It Take to Join Us? Here's what we're looking for in our Clinical Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Lead clinically and oversee delivery of high-quality care to future residents in a large aged care environment.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Support Services, Quality, HR, Finance, IT and Funding within the organisation.
  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision as part of a broader team.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Ideally at least 2+ years experience as a Clinical Manager or within a similar role in a large aged care environment
  • Excellent and up-to-date clinical knowledge and assessment skills
  • Experience in staff supervision and development
  • A working knowledge of funding and accreditation processes
  • Knowledge of Care Planning
  • Empathy, strong communication, leadership, team spirit, and a passion for continuous improvement
  • Whole-person awareness, time management, and proficiency with technology
  • Sharp clinical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Essential Requirements
  • National Police Check (within the last 12 months) - a must-have for peace of mind and safety. NDIS homes require an NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • RN Qualification with AHPRA Registration - current, unrestricted, and essential.
