ERP Transformation Program Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the delivery of a complex SAP ERP rollout, ensuring strategic alignment and operational excellence.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Business Alignment and Solution Fit: Translate operational processes into clear requirements for vendors, validate configurations against business strategy, and ensure solution fit-for-purpose.
  • Governance and Oversight: Represent the organization in program governance forums, maintain independent reporting, and monitor vendor performance.
  • Project Leadership and Delivery: Liaise between vendors and stakeholders, drive local delivery milestones, and facilitate workshops and design reviews.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Change Management: Engage with business leaders and end-users to capture critical requirements, build readiness for change through communication and training coordination, and support knowledge transfer.
