This 18-month development program offers diverse clinical placements and dedicated mentorship in Gold Coast clinics.

  • Consult on cases at a comfortable pace.
  • Participate in clinical placements aligned with personal interests, including Specialty & Emergency hospitals, RSPCA, and international & charitable placements.
  • Work with a supportive team throughout the career.
  • Network and collaborate with peers in the Graduate Development Program cohort.
  • Attend the annual Clinical Conference.

The ideal candidate will hold a veterinary degree recognised by the Australasian Veterinary Board Council and be committed to delivering high standards of patient care and client communication.

Training & Development:
  • A structured 18-month Graduate Development Program with online modules, practical workshops, and clinical placements.
  • Dedicated mentorship from experienced teams and Regional Clinical Directors.
