Marketing Campaign Manager

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Campaign Manager to lead the development and execution of targeted digital and social media campaigns to promote Community Services and Housing initiatives.

This is a 6-month role, working three days a week. The successful candidate will have the flexibility to work from home on Mondays and collaborate with our team in the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and executing targeted digital and social media campaigns to promote Community Services and Housing initiatives.
  • Utilising advanced analytics tools to track, measure, and optimise campaign performance across digital, social, and traditional marketing channels.
  • Coordinating all Community Services and Housing promotions, materials, and campaigns with a focus on digital-first planning and execution.

To be considered for this role, you will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent marketing coordination experience.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and web development/maintenance.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
