Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Financial Services Professional to join our team. As a key member, you will play a pivotal role in providing outstanding client service and supporting our financial advisors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for their inquiries and needs.
  • Assist clients in the onboarding process, explaining services, products, and investment strategies to ensure they are well-informed and comfortable with their financial plans.
  • Oversee client accounts, ensuring accuracy, and assisting in account maintenance, transfers, and reporting.
  • Keep clients informed about market developments, account performance, and updates related to their financial plans.
  • Address client concerns and issues promptly and effectively, working closely with the financial advisors to provide timely solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements to better serve our clients.
Requirements:
  • At least 18 months experience within the Financial Planning industry.
  • Strong implementation experience with knowledge of SoA's and RoA's.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with financial planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional client service orientation and a passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals.
