We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Systems Engineer to join our team at Raytheon Australia. Key Responsibilities- Conduct systems analysis to derive function, performance, and interface requirements to meet electrical safety parameters.
- Engage with system design activities (including trade studies) to ensure that the design artefacts are compatible with the baselined product.
- Perform technical risk analysis as required in your work as the electrical engineer to support development and review of hazard logs, safety case arguments, and risk mitigation actions.
- Ensure assigned electrical systems/sub-systems are developed and implemented according to appropriate standards and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to secure Raytheon's reputation as a trusted partner in delivering systems integration and mission support solutions to our customers.
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant engineering discipline (e.g. Electronic, Communications, Computer Systems, Cyber).
- Minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience (when a University Degree is held).
- Practical to substantial knowledge of projects, programs, or systems relevant to the business with the ability to make enhancements and leverage knowledge in daily work.
- Experience in product configuration control.
- Eligible to obtain and maintain a NV1 Defence Security Clearance.
