About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Help and Advice Customer Service Consultant. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via phone, email, and LiveChat.

Your primary objective will be to deliver outstanding customer experiences by providing accurate and timely information about our range of market-leading Dulux decorative paint products. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling a high volume of inquiries and resolving issues efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and colour advice to customers via various communication channels
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues using product knowledge and available resources
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams and document interactions and feedback via the CRM system
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and participate in training and process improvement initiatives
Requirements
  • Previous customer service or technical support experience in a call centre environment is highly desirable
  • A high level of proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Computer and tech-savvy with expertise in diagnosing and resolving technical and colour-related queries
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
