Incident Management Specialist

We seek an experienced Incident Management Specialist to oversee our incident and feedback management systems, ensuring staff meet their responsibilities.

  • Coordinate system activities, supporting staff to meet their duties.
  • Monitor workflows, timelines, and trends, conducting root cause analyses and recommending improvements.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to resolve system issues, implement corrective and preventative actions, and coordinate training on incident management and investigations.
  • Act as the central point of contact for consumer feedback, ensuring timely responses and adherence to open disclosure principles.

  • Strong knowledge of aged care quality standards, incident management, and consumer rights.
  • Ability to communicate, negotiate, and resolve conflicts with clarity and empathy.

  • Experience in root cause analysis, open disclosure, or conflict resolution.
