Ideal Candidate
  • Registered Nurse with advanced clinical competence and substantial experience in Palliative Care, possessing a strong foundation in patient assessment and intervention.
  • Demonstrate proven skills in planning, coordination, and decision making, showcasing a proactive approach to patient care and a commitment to excellence.
  • Exhibit well-developed leadership abilities, with experience in fostering team dynamics and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Display exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to engage effectively with various stakeholders, including patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Strong understanding of risk management and quality management principles as they pertain to healthcare, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
