Content Creator

We are seeking a skilled Content Creator to join our team at Charterhouse, a healthcare organisation dedicated to supporting vulnerable individuals in the community.

About the Role

• Develop and execute a content strategy for social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, aligned with organisational goals and target audience.
• Create high-quality visual content, including photos and videos, to showcase the activities and events of the organisation.
• Plan, shoot, and edit video content for various purposes, such as promotional videos, client testimonials, and educational materials.
• Manage and maintain the organisation's social media accounts, ensuring consistency in branding, voice, and messaging.
• Monitor social media trends, audience preferences, and platform algorithms to optimise content performance and engagement.
• Engage with followers and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in social media marketing and videography.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to leverage user-generated content and foster community participation.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in marketing or communications.
• Proven experience using Adobe and Canva.
• Experience using social media, content creation, and videography.
• High level of organisational skills and ability to prioritise.
• Current National and International Police Record Check.
