Job Opportunity

The Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst will work closely with the finance team to provide financial support, tracking performance, audit coordination, and process improvement that will make a profound impact throughout the sector.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Support the monthly managerial closing process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting up to EBITDA level
  • Prepare and maintain budget vs. actual variance analyses with actionable insights for stakeholders
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable, efficient finance processes
  • Maintain internal finance documentation, and continuously improve templates and reporting tools
  • Coordinate the preparation of financial statements and audit deliverables, working closely with external consultants and auditors
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and assist with the timely resolution of audit queries
  • Work cross-functionally with teams including commercial, operations, and HR to gather data and inputs for forecasting and budgeting
  • Develop dashboards and conduct ad-hoc analyses to provide real-time insights into business performance and assist in preparing executive-level presentations
Requirements:
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in FP&A, external/internal audit, or financial analysis
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Exposure to monthly closings and audit processes
  • Proficient in Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
  • A drive to build robust, scalable processes and contribute beyond the job description

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are also essential, with a proactive mindset and a collaborative team player attitude.
