Job Overview

This role is pivotal in driving marketing efforts, community engagement, and content creation to showcase products effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for email campaigns, SMS initiatives, and direct marketing to enhance customer interaction and drive repeat sales.
  • Host events and foster an online community that fosters brand loyalty and engagement.
  • Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers to expand reach and attract new customers.
  • Organize promotional events, sales, and discount campaigns aligned with the store's objectives and calendar.
  • Social Media Coordination: Work closely with content creators to implement a cohesive social media strategy that aligns with the store's goals and brand voice.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze performance metrics (return on ad spend, conversion rate, customer acquisition cost) to optimize campaigns and improve marketing effectiveness.

  • Social Media Savvy: Familiar with current trends and platform engagement techniques for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

  • Strong Writer: Able to write clear, concise copy in Australian English, with an adaptable tone.
