Job Title: Gourmet Deli Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to serve as a Gourmet Deli Assistant.

This role involves providing exceptional customer service, maintaining visually appealing merchandising displays, and assisting with marketing activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming customers and providing great service.
  • Style and maintain merchandising displays to make products stand out.
  • Assist with marketing activities, including social content and promotional materials.
  • Update the website with new products, promotions, and news.
  • Slice, pack, serve, and keep the deli area clean and organized.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Retail or hospitality experience (food-related is an asset).
  • Deli experience desirable – a love of cheese & charcuterie essential.
  • Attention to detail and initiative to work independently and in a team.
  • Comfort with marketing tools and basic website updates.
  • A true passion for artisan cheese, charcuterie, and gourmet food.
