Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Gourmet Deli Support Professional to provide exceptional customer service, maintain visual merchandising displays, assist with marketing initiatives, update our online presence, and ensure the deli area remains clean and organized.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers with warmth and provide outstanding service.
  • Style and maintain attractive merchandising displays to showcase our products.
  • Assist with content creation, promotional preparation, and website updates.
  • Slice, pack, serve, and maintain a clean and organized deli area.
Requirements
  • Retail or hospitality experience is preferred, with food-related experience being an advantage.
  • A passion for artisan cheese, charcuterie, and gourmet food is essential.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are crucial.
  • Basic knowledge of social media, marketing tools, and website updates is required.
Working Hours

Casual/part-time hours are available, including Saturdays.
