Equipment Solutions Specialist

Role Overview
As the first point of contact for customers at our branch, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service with their equipment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generating hire schedules, quotes and invoicing to meet customer needs;
- Coordinating equipment deliveries, transfers, pick-ups, repairs and breakdowns to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction;
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders;
- Assisting customers and colleagues in the yard with loading equipment as required.

What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Absorb previous face-to-face customer service experience;
- Provide amazing customer experience;
- General computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Capability to learn and absorb technical information;
- Ability to lift and no mobility restrictions.
