The Torrens to Darlington project involves constructing two separate tunnels, the Southern Tunnels and the Northern Tunnels connected by an open motorway. The combined total distance of these tunnels is 10.5km and are set to be open to traffic in 2031.

The role will focus on providing daily user support, system maintenance, and administration of applications. This includes participating in upgrades, testing, and support of systems and their automation tools.

Primary applications include SharePoint, SAI 360, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Aconex, and bespoke internal construction management systems.

  • Provide systems training and support to users
  • Assist with software development methodologies and concepts
  • Conduct systems audits, testing, and upgrades
  • Administer and manage the project SharePoint site
  • Build strong relationships through positive, proactive, and professional communication and support
  • Drive efficiencies by demonstrating system functionality to enable high-performing teams
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for end-users in a timely manner
