About This Role

We seek an accomplished professional to lead our company's network infrastructure and telecommunications efforts. As Chief Information Infrastructure Specialist, you will spearhead the development of cutting-edge solutions that drive business success.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement standards, objectives, and plans for IS network infrastructure.
  • Manage the planning and budgeting process for IS network OPEX, including short-term and long-term financial forecasting.
  • Develop and manage CAPEX budgets, ensuring delivery within 5% of target.
  • Lead the performance and development of direct reports, adhering to HR processes.
  • Guide and direct voice and data Network Solutions teams in supporting ongoing network/communications tasks and production support.
  • Coordinate with various Information Systems resources to ensure consistent implementations aligning with short- and long-range plans.
  • Perform regular system design and capacity planning to meet near-term growth requirements and align with long-term plans.
  • Purchase, select, and install required infrastructure, including network software, hardware communications, VoIP, and wireless systems.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor Network Solutions infrastructure standards and strategies, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory procedures.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the ability to lead technical discussions and make informed decisions. Extensive experience in both technical and managerial aspects of Information Technology is essential. Additionally, you should possess expertise in converged voice and data networks, network infrastructure design, implementation, maintenance, upgrade, and operations techniques, and have experience in Network Infrastructure at a senior level.
