Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Merchandise and Visual Display Specialist to fill this key role.

About the Role

  • Activate in-store promotions by using provided display material, ensuring that products are consistently presented in an appealing manner.
  • Provide retailers with enhanced product knowledge and awareness, enabling them to effectively merchandise our brands.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with a client base of grocery retailers, fostering trust and mutual understanding.
  • Deliver timely and accurate reporting on sales performance, market trends, and consumer behavior.
  • Show the ability to work under pressure, organize multiple tasks, and adapt to changing circumstances.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in shelf management or planogram execution is highly desirable.
  • Independent grocery experience is preferred, as it demonstrates the ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
  • The capacity to interpret planograms and assemble fixtures is essential for creating visually appealing displays.
  • The ability to lift up to approximately 16kgs multiple times throughout the day is required for efficient stock rotation and fixture assembly.
  • A reliable roadworthy vehicle and valid driver's license are necessary for regular travel between stores.
  • A mobile device (android or apple) to take photos of completed work is required for quality control and reporting purposes.
