About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the customer shopping experience and promoting our brand by creating visually appealing displays and presentations within company standards.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of retail trends and customer engagement strategies, as well as the ability to use creativity and combine the brand's goals with the customer's desires to create compelling displays and visuals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create visually appealing displays and merchandise presentations that drive customer engagement and sales
  • Work closely with stakeholders across the business to coordinate stock distribution and champion displays and visuals that meet commercial objectives
  • Lead the team in-store and engage with stakeholders to promote the company's image visually and encourage potential customers to enter stores and purchase merchandise
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that bring products to life and create engaging displays and visuals
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create floor plans for retail space and situate displays in ideal positions to drive sales
  • Coach and develop team members to achieve desired results and celebrate success to ensure an engaged and productive team
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and prioritization skills to perform tasks efficiently and effectively
  • Stay up-to-date with visual merchandising trends and best practices within a retail environment
