Job Summary

Cloud Security Program Manager - APAC Region

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cloud Security Program Manager to oversee the security systems for our data centers in the APAC region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the on-site operational physical security of multiple data center facilities, evaluating and addressing gaps in the overall security posture, implementing targeted remediation strategies, and ensuring the ongoing protection of remote data center operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage security systems and protocols for multiple data centers in the APAC region
  • Develop and implement strategic security initiatives to enhance the overall security posture
  • Lead regional security build projects and standardize security practices across the organization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize performance metrics

Requirements

Requirements
  • 3+ years of program or project management experience
  • 3+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • Experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL

  • 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
