Our Cotton On Womens brand has an opportunity for a lead stylist on a 12-month maternity contract. This role involves inspiring and growing a team across the Ecommerce Studio and creative photoshoots.

The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling through styling and motivated by growing and inspiring others.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Qualifications in Styling and experience working with models in an ecommerce studio and/or on campaign photoshoots
  • A creative leader with previous experience managing a team of creatives
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills to inspire a team to deliver results that align with our brand needs and expectations
  • Creative problem-solving in a high-volume workflow studio environment
  • Proven experience using styling techniques and trends to capture and engage an audience
  • A keen eye for styling trends and high attention to detail
