- Establish a Community of Practice (CoP) to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Develop professional standards for the P3M delivery community.

The Ideal Candidate- Hold professional qualifications in Project Management or Service Delivery.
- Desirable: Accreditation in Six Sigma or Lean Management.
- 10+ years' experience in complex delivery environments.
- Deep understanding of project methodologies.
- Proven experience in capability building and coaching project staff.
- Success in leading change through capability uplift initiatives.
