About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Lead Educator - Primary School Age. As a key member of our OSHC program, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and education to children in our care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Director of Service in developing and implementing enriching experiences for children in our program.
  • Support the creation and implementation of programming that meets the needs and interests of children in our care.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Interact with parents and respond to their enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Engage with the school community and attend events as required.
  • Co-manage or coordinate during the school holiday program.
Requirements
  • Passion for working with children and a commitment to delivering exceptional care and education.
  • Strong team player with excellent problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
  • Previous experience working in Before and After School Care or education is highly regarded, but not essential.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Qualification or studying towards an ACECQA recognised qualification in Victoria.
  • Ability to work stable, permanent part-time hours - up to 25 hours per week.
