About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Proposition Lead – Whole of Customer and Main Financial Institution (MFI) to join our team, responsible for leading the creation and evolution of innovative, market-leading propositions. You will work closely with research agencies, insights teams, and other specialists to gather deep market intelligence, customer behaviour data, and competitive analysis to inform proposition development.

Your Key Responsibilities

You will be accountable for:

  • Leading the creation and evolution of innovative, market-leading propositions that align with customer needs, business objectives, and competitive positioning.
  • Developing compelling value propositions by leveraging a mix of customer insights, market research, and data performance, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals.
  • Analysing and defining target markets by deep diving into customer demographics, behaviours, psychographics, and geographic locations.
  • Translating insights from agency reports and research data into tangible, actionable strategies that drive proposition development and refinement.
  • Working closely with the marketing team to ensure seamless execution of campaigns, messaging, and positioning across all channels and customer touchpoints.
