Job Title

As a Hospitality Liaison, you will be the primary point of contact for guests and visitors to our hotel. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing guest arrivals and departures
  • Responding to guest requests efficiently and courteously
  • Communicating with other departments to ensure all guest needs are met
  • Actively resolving guest issues and challenges
  • Promoting hotel services and amenities
  • Ability to work a flexible roster including AM and PM shifts and nights as required.

You will also be well-presented with a positive and professional attitude and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Qualifications

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role plus:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Time management skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of team members
  • Ability to provide prompt and efficient service
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with drive, ambition, and a high level of energy
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol certification
  • C Class Drivers Licence
