  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring efficient and cost-effective control of base expenses.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements, leveraging new systems and technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of safety reports to customers.
  • Support the Contract Manager in all aspects of operations, including leave of absence and gaps in staffing.
  • Act as a visible leader, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
  • Diploma of Management, Leadership, or Aviation-related course.
  • 3-5 years of operational or logistics management experience, with at least two years in a leadership position.
  • Experience managing people and processes in a highly regulated environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Ability to obtain CASA-approved Radio Operators Certificate (AROC).
