**Job Summary**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

  • Assist in the delivery of physiotherapy services, ensuring a consistently high standard of care.
  • Work collaboratively with physiotherapists and occupational therapists to develop and implement therapy plans.
  • Provide transportation services for residents to and from therapy sessions and appointments.
  • Set up and maintain the therapy gym area, including cleaning equipment and ensuring a safe environment.
  • Manage referrals and administrative tasks as guided by physiotherapists.
  • Order prescribed equipment and supplies.
  • Run exercise programs and groups, promoting client engagement and motivation.
  • Support initiatives to meet client expectations and contract requirements.
  • Consult with physiotherapists and occupational therapists on treatment plan adaptations, changes, and progressions.
  • Participate in mentoring, supervision, and appraisals, adhering to organizational policies and procedures.
