Business Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive growth and shape sustainable projects. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to expand our environmental consulting services.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business development plans to grow our environmental consulting services.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities in land development and infrastructure projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional service and consistent engagement.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to create winning proposals and tenders.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals aligned with company policies.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes in the environmental space.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Environmental Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in environmental engineering consulting and/or business development.
  • Strong understanding of environmental approvals, impact assessments, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and proposal writing skills.
