About the Role

Tetra Tech is a global consulting firm seeking a motivated and technically capable Sustainability Consultant. This role involves delivering sustainability outcomes across diverse projects, growing your consulting skills, and collaborating with a passionate multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of sustainability services in building and infrastructure projects through various phases.
  • Contribute to sustainability assessments, certifications, and strategy development.
  • Prepare technical reports, client presentations, and project documentation.
  • Engage with clients and project teams to ensure sustainability goals are understood and achieved.
  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with team members to manage project timelines, deliverables, and quality outcomes.

What You'll Bring

  • 2-4 years of experience in sustainability consulting or related fields.
  • Familiarity with Australian sustainability frameworks such as Green Star, NABERS, WELL, or ISCA.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to present technical information clearly.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset and a passion for sustainability.
  • Experience with LCA software, daylight modeling, or energy simulation is an advantage.
  • A tertiary qualification in sustainability, environmental engineering, architecture, or related disciplines.
